SEDGEMOOR NEWS: Coco the cocker spaniel rescued by firefighters

A DOG was rescued by firefighters on Saturday (January 20, 2018) morning after getting trapped underneath a pile of branches and a wood pile.

Coco, a one-year-old cocker spaniel, was trapped within a tree stack measuring eight metres by eight metres at Chestnut Lane in Ashcott, near Bridgwater.

One fire engine from Glastonbury was mobilised at just before 9am and firefighters quickly got to work to release Coco uninjured.
