BRIDGWATER NEWS: Casualty taken to Bristol Royal Infirmary
PARAMEDICS took a “female casualty” to the Bristol Royal Infirmary on Wednesday (August 23, 2017) after being called to an address in Bridgwater.
The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust received a call at just after 9.30am to an incident in Longstone Avenue.
“We attended with one ambulance and the air ambulance was also in attendance,” said a spokesman for the ambulance service.
“There was one female casualty and she was taken to Bristol Royal Infirmary for treatment by road ambulance.”
A police spokesman added that they attended the incident in Longstone Avenue to assist with the “medical emergency.”
These are the only details which have so far been released.
